Kriss-a

 You may wonder why I chose the image of a coin to talk about it, or what is so special about this coin to dedicate a whole post to it?  For many people it is just a metal with a very low value, for others it is a token to play with, a decision maker ("cara o sello"), among others. Well... I used it on April 20th to make a decision whether to stay alive or not. I know it sounds a little crazy and silly at the same time, but when your mental health is not quite right and you are not as sane as you seem, you make the decision to take your life or not.  That day as I was collapsing, I saw the coin on my desk, flipped it in the air and it landed on "cara". I cried.  It is incredible to see how destiny or life wants you to move on, to give your life another chance, that you can get out of the "hole" you are in, while all you want is to disappear. Why do I tell this story to the public?  I don't want to say what you can or cannot do with your life, but I can...

Technology has been advancing in such an impressive way that today an iPad can replace thousands of books, notebooks, computers, among others. They come with a pencil, keyboard and some even come with a mouse.  I like the IPad because when I go to college, the IPad is much lighter than a computer or 4/5 notebooks in my backpack.  I use it to write during classes and while studying, watch videos and/or movies, to read books and manga, view study material (presentations, guides and books).  The IPad made my university life much easier, because it weighs much less than a computer and some notebooks, my backpack is much lighter than when I was in school.  The IPad has a high value, which makes it difficult to acquire. But between a computer and an IPad, I recommend a thousand times to buy an IPad. 

- When I was little I liked to play supermarket saleswoman with my aunt (she is a little older than me) and I also liked to cut plasticine thinking it was a criminalistics, in fact I wanted to study the latter because I watched CSI, Criminal minds shows.   I grew up and I became much more interested in medicine and forensics, after entering high school, I realized that it is really complicated to enter the medical career here in Chile and the forensic career no longer exists, so I had to look for many options.  I always liked cooking and I thought it would be a good idea to study gastronomy, but I was told that it was more of a hobby. When the time came to take the university entrance exam, I didn't really know what to study and I didn't really want to go to university. After the test results came back, I had done well; I was torn between studying chemistry and pharmacy or becoming a teacher specializing in chemistry. Soooo hii, as this is the first time I post here, I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I'm 19 years old and I live in Chile, I study chemistry and pharmacy at the University of Chile. I like Asian food and also cooking it, more than anything I like to explore the world of gastronomy.  When it comes to music, I listen to a little bit of everything but mainly K-pop and pop. I   don't know what else to tell you about me but throughout the blog I will be making recommendations of movies, series, music, among other things.  aaaand, That's it. bye
